How long will my order take to arrive?
Germany: 3 business days · Europe: 5 business days · Switzerland: 5 business days · UK: 7–12 business days · USA & Canada: 7–12 business days · All other countries: 15–20 business days. Order processing takes 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking confirmation by email once shipped.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Use it on our website or directly through the carrier's site.
Unfortunately, once an order is processed we cannot change the shipping address. Please double-check all details before confirming.
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Our partners are carefully selected to ensure the best quality and a fair price.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping on all orders over 50€.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Contact our customer service to start the process, pack securely with your order number, and ship to the address we provide.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund goes back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange for a different size or design?
